Worked with startup Founder as part of a team to build a "Moderator Tool" for managing chat events in this internet application. Goal was to enable increased software functionality and usage by upper-level Marketers and Community Managers to host chat events and analyze performance by creating a dashboard and tools. The Event Creation and Management portion was the most critical aspect to impliment, and the next phase of development.
My role was to work with the Founder to break down a large amount of development and design work into a dashboard interface, then plan and design the "User Task" of creating a new event and sending it to marketing lists.
